About the Role:

Our client, a reputable volume dealership in the Ashford area, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team. You’ll be based in a busy, professional dealership, supporting the Parts Department alongside a knowledgeable and dedicated team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong parts background looking for a flexible, part-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplying parts to a busy workshop efficiently and accurately
• Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts for both internal and external customers
• Managing goods-in processes, stock rotation, and order systems
• Pre-picking parts for technician jobs and processing electronic vehicle health checks
• Working as part of a well-organised team to meet daily targets
• Delivering excellent service and maintaining accurate records

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in a motor trade Parts Department is essential
• Familiarity with dealership systems (Kerridge/Keyloop experience desirable but not essential)
• Strong technical or mechanical understanding to aid in parts identification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good organisation and communication skills
• A flexible and reliable approach
