Part time HR Business partner

A fast-growing client backed by a leading private equity firm, is looking for a self-sufficient and experienced HR Business Partner to join their friendly, close-knit team of 30. With a new office launching soon and plans to grow to 45 staff by the end of 2025, this is a key hire offering flexibility, autonomy, and variety in a supportive environment.

Reporting into a hands-off HR Director, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and support upcoming senior-level recruitment. This role suits someone confident working independently, who enjoys a hands-on, generalist remit with ideally 3 years HR experience.

Key highlights:

  • Flexible 22.5 hours per week: 3 full days or 4–5 shorter days (Friday required, can be remote)
  • Hybrid working: 1 day in the office (ideally Monday), 40% WFH

Ideal for an HR Advisor/Business Partner level candidate with strong attention to detail and good Excel skills.
