Finance Manager (Part-Time, 3–4 Days Per Week)
£55,000 FTE | Hybrid – London/Remote
An ambitious and purpose-led charity is looking for a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to lead its finance function. This is a sole-charge role in a small, collaborative team where everyone is working towards the same goal.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the charity’s financial operations — from budgeting and management accounts to long-term planning and compliance. You’ll work closely with the CEO, senior leadership team and Board, providing financial insight and guidance that supports strong governance and impactful decision-making.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being both detail-focused and strategically involved, and who thrives in a collaborative environment where their work has a tangible impact. As the charity continues to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and strengthen financial processes, build strong cross-team relationships, and ensure the organisation remains financially resilient and forward-looking.
This is a permanent part-time role, ideally 3 to 4 days per week. The full-time equivalent salary is £55,000, with hybrid working and at least two days per week in the charity’s King’s Cross office.
If this is you please apply ASAP as the recruitment process is likely to move swiftly.
