In this role, you will handle the payroll for approximately 500 staff members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every process. You'll collaborate closely with the HR department and play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our payroll systems. As a Payroll Administrator, you will:
- Process Payroll Efficiently: Enter timesheets accurately, manage discrepancies, and handle all changes affecting payroll, including new starters and leavers.
- Ensure Compliance: Conduct monthly pension assessments and ensure compliance with Auto-Enrolment regulations through our partnership with Royal London.
- Support Year-End Duties: Assist in crucial annual tasks such as tax year-end processing, P11Ds preparation, Gender Pay Gap reporting, and financial audits.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Manage payroll data meticulously in accordance with data protection policies and school guidelines.
- Provide Stellar Support: Offer first-rate customer service to our staff, addressing all payroll and pension-related queries with utmost confidentiality.
