Commercial Property Paralegal Part Time

Our client a multi office high street firm of solicitors are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property paralegal on a part time basis three days per week. You will possess experience of both Commercial and Residential Property.

The Role

• Experience in dealing with conveyancing searches
• Land Registry searches and other property- related administration including producing engrossments
• You will be handling exchanges and completions
• Post exchange completions

Experience required

• A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in both Commercial and Residential Property as you will be working unsupervised on occasions
• Experience of Leap case management system
• Part time 3 days per week
• Clear demonstratable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
• Possess good technical property experience
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
