Our client, a well-established company in the scientific sector, is looking for a proactive and customer-obsessed Customer Service Executive to join their team. Hours: Part-Time School Hours


The responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries and support.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and streamline processes.


Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Customer Service Executive:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Zendesk (or similar CRM tools).
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
