About Us:

We are a long standing, very established friendly Hair Salon based in the Malvern area. Our ethos is to deliver exceptional customer service to our loyal client base. Our staff are a mix of self employed and employed Hair Stylists working effectively as one team.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities as a Hair Stylist would be:

• Offer proactive creative stylist services to all clients.
• Conducting consultations and understanding client requirements.
• Build effective relationships with clients to ensure longevity.
• Ensure the salon is always clean and tidy.
• Working as part of a team you will be a strong communicator and team player.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in a wide range of hair services (level 3)
• Creativity and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and reliable with a strong work ethic

Benefits:

• Paid salary with an hourly rate of up to £18.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
• 28 days holiday (pro rata) including Bank holidays
• Flexible hours to suit your needs ie (School hours/or full days per week 1-5 days
• On street parking directly outside the salon
