This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding company that operates in the luxury hospitality sector.Working closely with the MD and PA, you will perform a variety of duties in this small knit team.
Processing all purchase ledger invoices, resolving queries, reconciling statements and payment runs
Resolving payment terms with suppliers
Preparing copy invoices
Bank reconciliation
Ad-hoc office administration tasks include; opening the post, general office admin, attending to visitors and incoming calls and liaising with the MD.
With experience in daily accounting routines, you will also be proficient in the use of Excel and, ideally, Xero or Sage. Excellent communications skills, written and spoken, are essential together with a can-do and flexible approach to working within a small and collaborative team.
