We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a flair for persuasive writing, and a passion for producing winning bids. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team on exciting projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, heritage, leisure, and commercial construction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the preparation and submission of PQQs, SQs, and tender quality documents.
• Proofreading and editing submissions to ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
• Collaborating with technical teams and consultants to gather input and craft compelling responses.
• Maintaining and updating a central marketing library of content and templates.
• Supporting the development of project portfolios and staff CVs for bid submissions.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in bid writing (essential)
• Strong command of written English and excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools
• Experience with Adobe InDesign (a bonus!)
• Knowledge of the construction industry (desirable but not essential)
