Receptionist

Reception role, Part time 32 hours per week (Monday-Friday) Benefits: Enhanced A/L upto 27 days, day off on your birthday, company events, company pension more.

We are looking for a receptionist to provide a professional, welcoming service to clients and visitors and support the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and handle enquiries and complaints
  • Manage post, couriers, and stock
  • Book and maintain meeting rooms
  • Support IT issues and escalate when needed
  • Take payments and raise purchase orders
  • Monitor visual standards and assist with health and safety
  • Support projects and deputise for management when required
