We are looking for a receptionist to provide a professional, welcoming service to clients and visitors and support the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and handle enquiries and complaints
Manage post, couriers, and stock
Book and maintain meeting rooms
Support IT issues and escalate when needed
Take payments and raise purchase orders
Monitor visual standards and assist with health and safety
Support projects and deputise for management when required
