Location: Remote (UK-based)

Salary: £24,500–£28,000 per year (pro-rata for part-time)

Hours: Flexible – Full-time or Part-time (including school hours)

The Opportunity

A long-established UK manufacturer of agricultural and industrial packaging solutions is looking for a confident and results-driven Telesales Executive to join their team. This is a permanent, remote-based role with flexible working options.

The Role

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Promote packaging products across agriculture, construction, and industrial sectors
• Convert leads into active, long-term accounts
• Build strong relationships and manage repeat business
• Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in telesales, outbound, or B2B sales
• Strong phone presence with persuasive communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organised with excellent follow-up skills
• Knowledge of agriculture, manufacturing, or packaging sectors is a plus
