We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or qualified Conveyancer to join our dynamic and expanding Residential Property team. About the Role

You’ll report directly to the Legal Director of Residential Property, playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of efficient, well-managed, and high-quality legal services. You’ll work alongside a high-performing team to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, from pre-exchange through to completion. This is a hands-on role that allows you to contribute to the continued growth and success of a thriving department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential property matters including sales and purchases
• Advise clients including high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of property transactions
• Handle files from initial instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision
• Provide mentoring and support to junior members of the team
• Deliver exceptional client service, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Engage in business development and networking initiatives to support team growth

Candidate Profile:

You’ll be an experienced solicitor or conveyancer with:

• 5+ years in residential property (desired NOT essential)
• Excellent technical and procedural knowledge
• A track record of managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• A team-oriented attitude and a passion for mentoring others
• A commercial mindset and drive for development and client care
