Description

• Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Support the preparation of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and update accounts payable and receivable.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide financial data and reports to assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Handle general financial queries and provide administrative support as needed.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Proven experience with Payroll and Purchase Ledger
