Description
Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
Support the preparation of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and update accounts payable and receivable.
Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Provide financial data and reports to assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Handle general financial queries and provide administrative support as needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Proven experience with Payroll and Purchase Ledger
