Description
Preparation of Management Accounts
Monitor cash flow and project financial performance.
Creating Application and Invoices based on due dates.
Log variations and manage payment applications and invoicing.
Implement a structured debt chasing system.
Negotiate contract payment terms to support positive cash flow.
Assist with arranging urgent payments for on-site activities
Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain accurate financial records and handle reconciliations.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational needs.
Advise on financial risks and opportunities to support business growth within the property industry.
Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
Profile
A successful Part Time Finance Manager should have:
Studying for their professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
Proven experience in Management Accounts
Strong excel and system skills
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £40000 to £50000 per annum, depending on experience. - Full Time Equivalent
