Description

• Preparation of Management Accounts
• Monitor cash flow and project financial performance.
• Creating Application and Invoices based on due dates.
• Log variations and manage payment applications and invoicing.
• Implement a structured debt chasing system.
• Negotiate contract payment terms to support positive cash flow.
• Assist with arranging urgent payments for on-site activities
• Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and handle reconciliations.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational needs.
• Advise on financial risks and opportunities to support business growth within the property industry.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

Profile

A successful Part Time Finance Manager should have:

• Studying for their professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Proven experience in Management Accounts
• Strong excel and system skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Offer
