Duties to include:

HR

  • Assist the HR Manager and HR Advisor to provide a first-class service to the business by providing administration support.
  • Point of contact for employees with HR related queries.
  • Assisting with HR Administration to ensure it is completed in a timely fashion.
  • Running and creating HR reports and data sheets from PeopleHR when needed.
  • Assist with the completion of monthly 1-2-1's by line managers and chase when needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records via SharePoint and PeopleHR.
  • Creation of monthly HR Reports for the HR Manager.
  • Assist with project work as requested by the HR Manager.

    Learning and Development

    ?

  • Complete the monthly datafile for Yusen Advance, our online e learning platform. Ensuring all changes are captured
  • Super user for Yusen Advance, helping employees with any queries with the system, escalating to Yusen when necessary.
  • Attend Yusen calls that are scheduled for system users.
  • Ensuring mandatory courses are completed within Yusen Advance, reminding managers of outstanding completion.
  • Booking annual training such as, Managers Training, Cyber Security, Leadership Star Talent Driver Training for those that driver on behalf of the business, First Aid at work, Mental Health First Aid and Fire Marshall.

    Essential

    * Strong administrative skills

    * Good level of formal education including GCSE Maths & English

    * Excellent Computer Skills including Excel; Word; PowerPoint

    * Excellent numeracy, written and oral skills

    * Excellent interpersonal; written and verbal communication skills

    * Good problem-solving skills

    * Ability to prioritise workload
