They are a family business in the consumer goods industry that focusses on their friendly, close knit office environment and increasing the team size to cope with increased business demand.
Your new role
This part-time credit control role will be looking after the whole process, from chasing debts and setting up payment plans to building customer relationships and being able to give feedback to management and the sales team on the status of customer accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience within a UK credit control role and feel confident with the whole process. A bonus would be if you have dealt with Sage at any point in your career/training, but this is not necessary. This is a part-time role so you will need to be looking for 25 hours work a week.
What you'll get in return
They offer a pro rata salary of £22k which works out as the equivalent of £32k full-time. They also have a great family feel office environment and don't micromanage their staff but instead but trust in them to run their desk how they see fit.
