Multimedia Executive

Location: Poole | Salary: £25–30k DOE | Team: Customer Experience | Reports to: Senior Customer Experience Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Multimedia Executive to plan, create, and deliver multimedia content that boosts brand visibility and customer engagement. You’ll work across photography, video, social media, and digital campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality content that supports business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Photography & Product Imaging: Plan and execute photoshoots, audit and optimise digital product imagery.
• Social Media Management: Schedule, post, monitor, and engage across company social channels.
• Content Creation: Produce visual content for social media, digital banners, emails, and catalogues using Canva or Adobe Suite.
• PPC & Campaign Support: Work with PPC, Trading, and Ecommerce teams to create visuals for paid campaigns and support performance reporting.
• Video Production: Shoot, edit, and deliver video content for products, campaigns, and PR activities.
• Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to reviews, escalating insights to improve products or services.
• Collaboration: Work with brand partners, internal teams, and external agencies to create co-branded content.
• General Support: Assist with other marketing and design tasks as required.

Person Specification

• Degree or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing / Graphic Design
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work at pace, under pressure, and to tight deadlines
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, Premier Pro (or similar)
• Experience managing social media accounts and producing engaging content
• Creative, proactive, and confident making recommendations for improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
