Job Title: LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME) – Residential Lettings
Location: Slough, SL1
Salary: £18,000 per annum

Our client, a leading independent estate agency in the Langley area of Slough, is seeking an organised and experienced Part Time Lettings Administrator (Previous Lettings industry experience preferred)
This role involves a wide range of lettings administration tasks, including tenancy agreements, renewals, rent chasing, landlord payments, property visits, and maintenance coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organisation abilities, and previous experience in a residential lettings administration role.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Prepare and send out tenancy agreements
- Negotiate and issue renewal documentation
- Chase outstanding rent and monies owed from landlords
- Arrange and carry out property visits
- Coordinate maintenance work and liaise with contractors
- Maintain accurate records in estate agency software
- Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- At least 1 year’s previous experience in residential estate agency administration (preferred)
- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with estate agency software
- Excellent telephone manner and client relationship skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Professional, detail-oriented approach
