Overview:

Reed is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in West Sussex who is seeking a proactive and organised HR & L&D Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR operations and employee development, looking to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and track employee training and development activities
  • Support the implementation of L&D initiatives and maintain training records
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis for decision-making
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR and L&D operations
  • Stay informed on HR and L&D best practices and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Administrator 
  • Familiarity with HR systems 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
