Reed is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in West Sussex who is seeking a proactive and organised HR & L&D Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR operations and employee development, looking to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases
Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Coordinate and track employee training and development activities
Support the implementation of L&D initiatives and maintain training records
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis for decision-making
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR and L&D operations
Stay informed on HR and L&D best practices and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Administrator
Familiarity with HR systems
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
