I am excited to be recruiting with one of the UKs leading manufacturers and installers of recreational equipment. They have a great opportunity for a Telesales Representative to join the company. My client has a supportive team, and they pride themselves on providing excellent service to clients and service users.

The main customer group for my client is within Education and therefore you will only be working school term time which is 195 days a year with a minimum six-hour shift. Shifts can be flexible to suit your commitments (within school hours). Salary on offer is £12000 - £15000 dependent on hours and experience. 

The Role

• This role is pure Telesales – therefore excellent rapport building skills are necessary
• Dealing with incoming calls
• Making 60 – 70 outbound calls a day to offer free surveys and maintenance packages
• Updating CRM Systems
• Contacting clients who have requested appointments or maintenance packages
