They want people with a passion for driving growth and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

What they are looking for:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage customers effectively in a direct sales setting.
• Experience in direct sales, ideally within the charity/fundraising or events-based sectors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences.
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule.
• Ideally, a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers, face-to-face, within the Birmingham area, to address inquiries and provide product information.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Building strong connections with consumers, boost brand awareness and deliver memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Showcasing in-depth knowledge of brands and offering personalised recommendations.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
