What Will You Be Doing?

As an Adviser in the Retention Team, you will:

• Reconnect with our valued clients who have cancelled policies, guiding them towards the best options and reinstating or restructuring their coverage to reduce company clawbacks.
• Be a trusted adviser, resolving objections and finding meaningful solutions for families seeking protection.
• Take ownership of your day, managing multiple clients at various stages of their journey while becoming an expert in the field.
• Join an elite team, working alongside top industry performers and achieving pre-agreed levels of new business to help protect families across the UK.
• Embrace a flexible 40-hour working week, balancing productivity and personal growth.
