We’re excited to be recruiting for a new part time Pensions Specialist role with one of the UK’s leading wealth management organisations, based in either their Bristol or Cirencester offices. About the Role:
Joining a supportive team of around 15 people and reporting to the Helpline Support Manager, you’ll provide technical pensions advice and guidance to internal stakeholders via Live Chat, email, and phone—supporting queries around the advice framework and delivering excellent service within agreed service levels.

We’re looking for someone with strong pensions expertise and excellent communication skills. Ideally, you’ll be:
Knowledge of financial services products and advice frameworks would be beneficial.
