Job Title: Project Administrator

Are you organised, proactive, and enjoy keeping projects running smoothly? We're looking for a Project Administrator to join a busy team delivering innovative technical products. This part-time role gives you the chance to support projects from initial concept to completion, working with teams across the UK and internationally.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping plan projects, including tasks, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinating meetings, taking notes, and sharing updates with the team.
• Tracking progress and keeping project documentation accurate.
• Monitoring purchase orders and supplier deliveries to stay on schedule and budget.
• Spotting risks and helping solve issues proactively.
• Supporting quality checks and ensuring documentation is complete.

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally up to 2 years' experience in project administration or management
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication for working with teams and external partners.
• Project management qualification (Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
