Sales Administrator Job in Ferndown (Full or Part Time)

Dovetail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work for an established company based in the Ferndown area. They have large modern offices with free onsite parking and a friendly culture. This Sales Administrator position can be full time or part time and. The Sales Administrator would suit candidates with administration experience who have worked in the construction or manufacturing industry, but not essential.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Process works orders into production and delivery schedule
  • Order materials from suppliers
  • Book in materials
  • Arrange courier
  • Produce delivery notes
  • Liaise with suppliers for materials issues, prices and due dates
  • Assist in quarterly stock take
  • Various administration tasks


Minimum Skills and Experience:


  • Previous administration experience in either a construction or manufacturing environment
  • Excellent PC skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attention detail and happy to work with numbers
  • Organised and have great communication skills


Salary and Benefits:


  • A salary of £25,500 - £26,000 per annum
