• Lead and evolve the people strategy in line with the organisation’s mission and values
• Champion culture, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, retention, and talent development
• Embed L&D across all levels, from frontline to leadership
• Act as a trusted coach and advisor to managers
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, compliance, and systems (including BambooHR)

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

• CIPD Level 5+ with strong HR leadership experience
• A strategic thinker who’s hands-on and collaborative
• Genuinely passionate about people, purpose and positive change
• Skilled in employee engagement, L&D and organisational culture

Bonus points if you’ve worked in childcare (EYFS), leisure, hospitality, or not-for-profit sectors.
