We are recruiting a dedicated and skilled Production Technician on behalf of a reputable scientific company located in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This role could suit a school leaver interested in Science or that already had Production experience. In this key role, you will be instrumental in the development and manufacturing of medical components. As part of our client’s team, you will operate specialist equipment within an ISO13485-certified cleanroom environment, adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate production records, contributing to process improvements, supporting product testing, and participating in quality investigations. Working closely with colleagues across the technical team, you will ensure high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced, precision-driven setting.

• Experience in manufacturing, ideally within a scientific or medical device environment preferred but not essential
• Familiarity with operating specialist equipment in a cleanroom setting
• Knowledge of ISO13485 standards and cleanroom procedures desired
• Ability to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures 
• Strong record-keeping and data accuracy skills
• Proactive attitude towards process improvements and quality assurance
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
