The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Change & Excellence Manager to help shape and deliver strategic change across our Insurance & Operations divisions. This role is ideal for a versatile and experienced professional who can flex across disciplines—Project Management, Business Analysis, Operational Excellence, and Change Consulting—to solve complex problems and drive meaningful improvement.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll also play a key role in building internal capability, coaching others, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement and business-led change.
Your New Role:
As a Senior Change & Excellence Manager, you will:
Create and manage project plans, coordinating tasks and resources to deliver outcomes on time and in line with business goals
Facilitate discovery sessions to understand current processes, identify challenges, and uncover opportunities for improvement
Analyse data to understand root causes, assess the impact of change, and guide teams in defining clear problems and objectives
Translate business needs into high-level requirements, bridging the gap between business and technology teams when required
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for change initiatives through clear communication and collaboration
Apply change management best practices to support adoption, minimise disruption, and embed new ways of working
Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates to senior leaders in line with CTO and governance standards
Support the development of continuous improvement skills across the business through coaching and knowledge sharing
About you:
You’re a confident and flexible change professional who enjoys solving complex problems and helping others succeed. You’re comfortable switching between roles—whether that’s leading a project, analysing a process, or coaching a team through change.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Extensive experience in change and transformation within an Insurance or Reinsurance business, with a background in one or more of: project management, business analysis, operational excellence, or change consulting
Understanding of business operations, with firsthand experience of Underwriting, Portfolio Management or Pricing is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to uncover root causes and measure the impact of change
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from planning through to execution and delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
Experience applying change management principles, supporting smooth transitions and long-term adoption
A passion for continuous improvement, with the ability to coach others and build internal capability
Strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, able to balance big-picture goals with day-to-day execution
Adaptability and resilience, staying calm under pressure and adjusting plans when needed to keep things moving
