Hours: Part Time to suit, minimum of 21 hours up to 30 hour per week.

A fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled Conveyancer and/or Property solicitor to run a caseload of New Build focussed transactions on a part time basis. You will also be involved in the development and training of Conveyancing Assistants.

Daily Duties

• Day to day running of a manageable case load
• Client communication
• Marketing / Business Development
• Acting as a mentor to less experienced Team members.

Required Skills

• Previous leasehold conveyancing case handling experience is essential
• Ideally qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
