Accounts Admin and Receptionist

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Admin/Receptionist to join a successful business based in Luton.

Monday to Friday 1 pm to 5.30 pm and the role is office based.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Must have previous admin /customer service experience gained in the vehicle industry
  • Strong admin and customer service experience
  • Basic bookkeeping skills with knowledge of an accounting package is ideal
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Role:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Dealing with incoming calls and managing diaries
  • Reconcile purchase invoices and entering into the accounts system
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • All general office admin tasks as required

Salary: £23,810 pa (pro-rata) + Company Pension + 24 days holiday, Life Assurance + On goping training
