Job Title: Outbound Telesales Representative x 2
Location: Watford
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Office Based, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Flexible Working Options Available:

• Part-time (e.g., 4 days per week)
• Flexi-hours (e.g., 9:30am–3pm or 9am–4:30pm)
  Note: Flexible arrangements will be offered on a pro-rata salary basis.

About the Role

We are seeking confident and driven Outbound Telesales Representatives to join our client’s team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is motivated by results. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting a wide range of high-quality electrical and mechanical products, and identifying opportunities to grow their customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers
• Build rapport and engage prospects with a professional and friendly telephone manner
• Communicate product benefits clearly and effectively
• Handle rejection positively and persistently pursue new leads
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Potential to progress into an Account Management role for the right candidate

• Previous telesales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
