Job Title: Compliance Administrator

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to support our compliance team in Basildon. This role is key to ensuring our operations meet regulatory standards and internal policies. You’ll assist with audits, maintain compliance documentation, and help ensure the business remains aligned with industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update compliance records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.
  • Monitor and track regulatory changes and ensure documentation is updated accordingly.
  • Support the implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager and wider team.
  • Help coordinate training and awareness sessions on compliance topics.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within compliance or a regulated environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
