What you’ll do

Being an Associate Service Analyst   is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll:

  • complete periodic end to end reviews of the menu campaign process with business colleagues, technology partners and Group Technology Digital & Data (GTDD) representatives to improve campaign rigour and control and drive systemic improvements in the efficiency of the process.  
  • manage the technology partner engagements in support of menu campaigns with our third-party EPOS provider, ensuring contractual lead times are met and campaigns are launched successfully.
  • support Costa Supply Chain business unit by assisting in delivery cycle and order flow adjustments in response to trading patterns or operational disruptions.
  • support monthly estate stocktakes in collaboration with Stock Operations and answering EPOS related business questions.
  • support audit and compliance activities through the extraction and analysis of store and product data.

Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

  • ITIL Qualified
  • An understanding of retail business
  • Problem management – able to analyse data and identify resolution opportunities
  • Experience using EPOS data for sales reporting, stock management, and/or forecasting
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Able to plan and organise complex, varied workloads to meet campaign deadlines
