Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor – Hybrid Working Competitive Salary

We’re seeking a dedicated Solicitor (NQ or 3+ years PQE) to join our growing Private Client team. You’ll manage your own caseload across Wills, Trusts & Probate matters, delivering exceptional client care and legal advice.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Wills, Trusts & Probate (NQ or 3+ years PQE)

• Strong drafting and organisational skills

• Ability to work towards chargeable targets

• Confident using case management systems

• Empathetic, team-focused, and detail-oriented

Key responsibilities:

• Handling pre- and post-issue matters

• Drafting legal documents and liaising with clients

• Ensuring compliance with SRA and internal policies

• Supporting risk management and excellent file handling
