Your Role: A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Fusion, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our student accommodation. You won’t just be fixing things—you’ll be ensuring that our residents’ homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained, allowing them to focus on what matters most: their studies and personal growth.

You’ll have the chance to interact directly with our residents, and your customer service skills will shine as you resolve maintenance issues efficiently, while keeping things friendly and approachable.

Your responsibilities include:

1. What you'll be doing

Join us at Fusion Students Liverpool as a Maintenance Team Member. Keep the paintwork fresh as new, replace lightbulbs and fuses. Repair damaged furniture. Join our all round ‘handy people team’ and be part of the one of the best Purpose Built Student Accommodations in the UK.

2. Janitorial Duties

• Keep bin stores and refuse areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate refuse removal and ensure cleanliness around the building, keeping Fusion looking its best.
• Pitch in with cleaning duties as needed, maintaining a top-tier standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

3. Resident Interaction

• Build positive, professional relationships with residents, offering support and assistance when needed.
• Address any issues or inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring every resident’s experience is smooth and hassle-free.
• Foster a welcoming and respectful environment where students feel heard, valued, and supported.
