My client is seeking a Front of House Receptionist/Administrator to join their team for 4 days per week , plus alternate Saturdays.
· You will work mainly in their premises in Wendover but will need the ability to drive to Thame, Chinnor and Haddenham on occasions.
· In this Receptionist/Administrator role you will be required to undertake general customer service duties including answering the telephone in a timely and friendly manner and taking messages as appropriate.
· Assisting with customer queries and greeting patients and visitors.
· You will also be required to undertake some administrative tasks such as booking appointments, maintaining and updating customer records, advising on collections and deliveries, and diary management.
· This role will involve some cash handling responsibilities including cashing up tills at the end of the day.
The successful candidate will have:
· Previous retail/front of house reception, customer service and administration experience.
· A confident telephone manner and be computer literate.
· This can be a varied role so requires some flexibility in your approach to work, and the ability to multi-task.
Working hours are weekdays and Saturdays .
It comes to an average of 36.75 hrs per week which is a salary of 23,734.
