• Accurately receive, unload, and check in stock deliveries, ensuring all items are properly handled and recorded.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch using warehouse equipment and technology safely and efficiently.
• Store products safely and in line with Health & Safety standards, maintaining a clean and well-organised warehouse at all times.
• Assist with stock takes, cycle counts, and inventory checks, reporting discrepancies to supervisory staff.
• Support the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring all goods are handled with care to minimise damage or loss.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and other departments, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
• Follow company procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols at all times to protect yourself and others.

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or manual handling experience beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Confident following written and verbal instructions, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
• Good communication skills and able to work as part of a diverse team.
• Physically fit, comfortable with lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
• Adaptable and proactive, able to switch tasks and respond to changing priorities as needed.
• Basic numeracy and IT skills to carry out warehouse administration if required.
• Committed to upholding Health & Safety standards and contributing to a safety-first culture.
