Well Placed HR are delighted to have been exclusively engaged by a growing manufacturing business in Truro as they recruit into their HR team. This HR Generalist role offers an outstanding level of flexibility and the opportunity to expand your skills into an interesting and evolving company.
This local business forms part of a large-scale parent company, with multiple organisations both in the UK and the USA. This is an extremely broad opportunity that will allow the successful candidate the autonomy to effectively “stamp their mark” on HR policy and procedure, ensuring the organisation is compliant whilst reviewing policies and building positive relationships between employees and managers. You will report to the HR Lead, but will take control of the day-to-day HR within this business unit.

For this contract we seek an experienced HR “all-rounder” with solid experience gained in a similar role that focuses on recruitment, legislation, and general employee relations. Working to CIPD Level 5 would be advantageous, although our client will consider suitable candidates with supporting vocational experience. Needless to say, the successful candidate will possess an approachable, confident and nurturing nature. This role is offered on a 2–3 day a week basis, with hours to be split over 2–5 days depending on the successful candidate’s preference.
