Key Responsibilities

  • Lead employment law matters across a broad client base, including tribunal litigation
  • Provide high-quality, accessible advice on complex employment issues
  • Mentor, guide, and develop the employment team
  • Support cross-department collaborations as needed

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with notable experience in employment law (5+PQE)
  • Demonstrable aspirations towards partnership
  • Excellent technical, drafting, and advocacy skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and client-focused mindset
  • Articulate communicator, able to simplify complex issues
  • Organised, deadline-driven, and resilient under pressure
