Support Worker (Supported Living) – Accrington

Pay: From Real Living Wage and above (dependent on experience and shift type)

Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts (including waking nights)

Contract: Agency / Ongoing flexible work

Precedo Healthcare is hiring experienced Support Workers to work flexibly within supported living services in the Accrington area. We offer regular or ad-hoc shifts to fit your availability — with pay starting at the Real Living Wage and higher rates available based on experience and shift type.

About the Role:

• You’ll support adults with a range of complex needs, including:
• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Mental health conditions
• Behaviours that challenge
• Physical disabilities

Working 1:1 or in small groups, your role will include:

• Supporting daily living skills (hygiene, cleaning, cooking)
• Encouraging independence and community access
• Managing appointments, shopping, and budgeting
• Promoting mental and emotional wellbeing
• Working closely with a supportive care team

About the Service:

• Purpose-built accommodation: private flats, shared homes, and transitional spaces
• Wheelchair-accessible, secure, and fully adapted
• On-site parking, garden areas, conservatory, and excellent public transport links

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in supported living or similar
• Person-centred, compassionate, and consistent approach
• Flexibility for various shifts, including nights
• Driving licence (preferred but not essential)
