Our client is hiring a Door Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the safety and security of their premises while delivering excellent customer service. If you are reliable, professional, and committed to safety, they want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all patrons, staff, and visitors
• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Conduct routine security patrols
• Handle incidents or disturbances calmly and professionally
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist with inquiries
• Coordinate with local law enforcement as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role preferred
• Knowledge of loss prevention practices and emergency protocols
• First aid training is a plus
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Must meet licensing requirements for door supervision
