In just three years they’ve scaled to revenues of around £9m, with ambitious plans to reach £25m this year and £35m moving forward. They’re building their UK hub in Nottingham to support the next phase of international growth — and this is a chance to join at a pivotal moment.
They’re looking for their first in-house Financial Controller, someone who can roll up their sleeves and take ownership of day-to-day finance, while helping shape the function for the future. You’ll work closely with the CFO, freeing them up to focus on strategy while you bring rigour, structure, and commercial input to the numbers.
This isn’t about just keeping the lights on. It’s about building the foundations of a best-in-class finance function — from embedding strong controls, to leading the ERP migration, to partnering with leaders across the business.
