We are currently recruiting for a part-time administrator to join a fast-growing business based in Ipswich.


You will have strong attention to detail and previous experience of working in an senior administrative role.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing office communications
  • Organising files and records
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Maintaining databases

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail is imperative
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
