Agency Role with Precedo Healthcare

Pay: From Real Living Wage @ 12.60 and above (dependent on experience and shift type)

Precedo Healthcare is recruiting experienced Support Workers to work with an established team in Supported Living service's in Oldham.

You will be working with an established team in 5 recently self contained bungalows, supporting adults who may have with Learning Disabilities, Autism, mental health conditions, and behaviours that challenge. Each individual has their own tenancy and receives person-centred support to promote independence and quality of life.

The Role – Support Worker (Agency)

As an agency Support Worker with Precedo Healthcare, you will be working regular shifts while maintaining the flexibility to choose hours that suit your lifestyle. You’ll be joining a well-established on-site team, ensuring continuity of care and a supportive work environment.

Your duties will include:

We provide tailored care and support for individuals with high levels of need with support packages ranging from 24/7 1:1 to 3:1.

Supporting individuals with daily routines, personal care, and emotional wellbeing

Assisting with medication, appointments, and community access

Encouraging social engagement and inclusion

Working collaboratively with permanent staff, and professionals

Essential Information:

You must have at least 6 months experience working a similar setting in the Uk and be hold a DBS that is on the update service or be willing to apply

Salary Quoted based on 40 Hours per week .
