SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time

Quantum Scholars are working in partnership with a supportive SEN school in Surrey who are seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

• Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in both classroom and one-to-one settings.

• Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies.

• Work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to ensure students' academic and emotional needs are met.

• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred).

• A calm, patient and empathetic approach to supporting students.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of young people.

• Must have the right to work in the UK - sponsorship not available.
