About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Support Workers. Experience is not required — what matters most is your caring attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to individuals in their daily lives
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Encourage independence and support clients with hobbies, social activities, and community participation
• Build positive and respectful relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Follow care plans and company policies to ensure the highest quality of support
