Recovery Worker - Part Time
Location: Medway
Salary: £24,000 per annum (Pro Rata)

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Recovery Worker to join our team within an integrated healthcare framework. You will be supporting adults (18+) who are experiencing issues with drugs and/or alcohol, delivering a combination of psychosocial interventions and tailored treatment programmes.
Our services are client-centred, offering both harm reduction and abstinence-based approaches, depending on the individual's needs. As a Recovery Worker, you will manage your own caseload, provide structured 1:1 and group interventions, and ensure each client receives the support they need to progress in their recovery journey.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role , you will work closely with housing, employment, healthcare, probation, and other partner services to provide holistic, through-care support and contribute to positive outcomes.
