Job Role Marketing Manager

Salary: £50,000 £60,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30

Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

Location: Horsham, West Sussex. Flexible working options available.

Telecom Acquisitions is going through an exciting period of growth and requires an experienced marketer to drive and accelerate this. With established routes to market already in place, the focus of the role is to deliver continued improvement across both acquisition and retention channels.

Our business is built on exceptional customer service with our core product focussed on broadband and household utilities, tailored predominantly to the rental market. Our suppliers are some of the biggest in the business and harnessing the great product we have is fundamental to the role – we are part owned by TalkTalk so opportunity for growth and development is huge.

The right candidate will be data driven and crucially able to initiate marketing campaigns built on data insight and optimising our customer journey through multiple touch points both on and offline.

This position will report directly into our CEO and will be responsible for managing a growing team.  

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

·      Working crossfunctionally with both internal and external sales teams

·      Drive the marketing agenda through online channels and be able to demonstrate clear ROI

·      Continued development of the TAL brand and subbrands that sit underneath TAL including Home Telecom, Fleur and Eclipse. All have huge opportunities for growth and development in differing sectors.

·      Design and plan a marketing approach for a rolling 12month period

·      To be able to guide, advise and work closely with teams across the business on any marketing queries

·      To grow the marketing function within TAL 

·      To be able to work in a handson environment where you will manage the design through to the execution

·      People management experience (desirable)
