Part-time Accounts Assistant / Administrator –  Warwick

25-30 hours per week

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with experience in accounts and a flair for organisation? We’re currently supporting a small, friendly team of 12 looking for someone to join them in a varied and rewarding transactional role that offers future growth. 

You will be joining at an exciting time! A subsidiary company is being launched, which will need input and create more opportunities on the accounts side. 

About the Role 

This is a dual-role opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy, project-based environment. You’ll mainly be supporting the accounts function, but some administration support will be necessary. 

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities

  • Credit control and purchase ledger management
  • Coding and checking receipts for company credit card and staff expenses
  • Working with Sage 50 Professional Accounts 
  • Ensuring meticulous documentation and project-based coding
  • Opportunity to expand into broader accounting duties

Administrator Responsibilities

  • Assisting with purchase orders, delivery notes, and bookings (hotels, flights, freelancers, equipment)
  • Inputting data into office systems
  • Handling overflow calls and general office support
  • Using Word, Excel, and Outlook confidently
  • Covering for colleagues during holidays

Working Hours

  • Ideally starting at 8:30am, Monday to Friday
  • Part-time hours

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Sage 50 experience 
  • Able to prioritise and work on own initiative
  • Friendly, adaptable, and happy to pitch in where needed
