A friendly, established company in Havant are looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to join their team. You will be responsible for a range of duties including:
Sales ledger
Purchase ledger
Bank reconciliations
Assisting with VAT returns
Helping the Accounts Manager prepare information for monthly reporting
General ad hoc accounts and administrative duties, e.g. filing, scanning, answering accounts queries etc
Use of Sage Accounts software
The company are looking for someone to work circa 25-30 hours per week and can be flexible regarding how these are spread. Previous experience using Sage would be highly beneficial.
